I love this chapter because developing your intuition is probably the most important skill that you could ever develop in your life. Why? Because your intuition is your best guide, hands down. In my book I describe intuition like imagining your whole body is a vehicle driving around, and you need guidance, so you have a GPS system. Source Energy is that GPS, but the signal is your intuition. If we have static in the signal, the GPS will not work quite right and we get lost. How many times do you get that feeling that you are lost, confused, disheartened and don’t know where to go and what is the right decision for you?
Learning to develop your intuition is that guidance from the pure omnipotent source, Source Energy, which I call God. If you can tap into this, it honestly guides your life. I feel so blessed and so grateful to have come to a place in my life, probably through the Silva Method, which I train as a programme to develop intuition. I have become discerning with my hunches, voices or ideas. But sometimes we don’t really know if it’s wishful thinking or it’s fear; developing your intuition helps to get you there. I love these words of Dr Wayne Dyer, “If prayer is when we are talking to God, then Intuition is when God is talking to us.” Intuition always guides you right and never guides you in the wrong direction.
If you don’t know what your life purpose is, (which I discussed in the previous video), your intuition will absolutely guide you through your life and get you there automatically.
The book has some great stories of how intuition guided me to take some major and better decisions in my life and got me to live and work my life purpose. Intuition requires a relaxed and calm state which meditation teaches you. Your intuition is as unique as you are; maybe it’s a little voice, maybe its a flash of a picture in your head, maybe it’s a feeling, but it will always guide you right. Intuition is fast, it’s quick, it doesn’t linger.
Einstein said, “The intellect has little to do on the road to discovery. There comes a leap in consciousness – call it Intuition or what you will, and the solution comes to you, and you don’t know how or why.”
Intuition is the polar opposite of logic. When we are analysing something or over-thinking things, that is never intuition. There is a whole lot in the book, and if you truly follow it, you can absolutely develop your intuition. Another wonderful way is to do the Silva Method. Two full days are spent are spent on developing your intuition. Look out for the next video on ‘Living on Purpose’. Have a wonderful day and God bless.
