Meet Jeanine
Jeanine is a trainer, speaker, author, and transformational coach with over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, where she last served as Director of Business Development. Despite holding multiple roles across 4 industries and earning her MBA, she came to realise that true success isn’t about titles — it’s about how you spend your time and who you become in the process.
In 2015, she left the corporate world to follow her passion — empowering people through mindset, leadership, and conscious wealth creation. Driven by a passion to help others succeed, Jeanine became a certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker & Trainer.
In 2016, she became the Director and Trainer of The Silva Method™ in Australia and South Africa.
In 2021 Jeanine got certified in Rapid Results Coaching, and then a Louise Hay certified Love Yourself, Heal Your Life® Workshop Facilitator and Coach.
She also helps clients create wealth through investment property and is a Senior Consultant for 20-20 Property Advisory, which is a research based property advisory business.
Jeanine is the author of a self-improvement book titled ‘Living in the Flow’, A guide to discovering your purpose and value in this world.
She is the co-host of a podcast called The Coaching Corner, and has over 250 personal development videos on her YouTube channel called Silva Method Australia.
