I love this quote, âFaith is not belief without proof, its trust without reservation.â
What I have come to understand is that faith is honestly the power-principle of all time. Any time that someone says, âThatâs a miracleâ, and I mean a miracle, it was because of faith. Faith has achieved the impossible. Faith is actually something that we cultivate. It is like a body-builder building a muscle; you have to develop it. Itâs having that connection and awareness of Source Energy a belief in a power and a source that is much more powerful than you are. It makes life far less stressful when you are living your life in the hands of a power greater than yourself. You donât have to have all that control or have to work everything out and solve all the problems.
Faith is really about belief. When we want to change our life, and accomplish a vision that we have, but have no idea how to live fully day by day, you need to develop a level and degree of faith.
Belief is when you build a neuro-p...
When you have discovered your life purpose and live each day trusting your intuition, you will live a guided life. This is the most gratifying, rewarding and joyous experience. The result of this awareness is knowing that your life is guided by some omnipotent power that fills the entire universe with perfection and love. It is more than seeking this guidance. Itâs a dependence on this guidance â having trust, reliance and confidence in this power which will never ever lead you in the wrong direction. It will give you all the resources that you are seeking.
In Matthew 7.7 it says, âAsk and it will be given unto you. Seek and you shall find.â When we start to live with a dependence on Source Energy, we realise the power that we have access to, and we should try to relinquish some control over our lives. I can speak for myself; I was often a control freak in my life. If you actually take a step back and have a humble respect for a power much greater than yourself, and seek this guid
...This is the last chapter of Part One of the book âLiving in the Flowâ which is the title of my book. Living in the flow is the sweet spot of the conversion of your three highest priorities: having an awareness of your constant connection to source energy â and tapping into that power; finding your lifeâs purpose, and developing your intuition.
When you have those as your highest priorities, you then live on purpose, live a guided life, and live with faith â which is trust without reservation that things will work out for you.
When all these conditions exist at the same time, this is what living in the flow is really like â living like water. Water flows, itâs moving with the current, going with life itself. Itâs the absence of friction and resistance. Itâs easy-going. If you could live like water, you too would live in the flow.
How does this translate into your life and how do you know you are living in the flow from a physical level, an emotional level, a mental level, a social l...
This chapter is a crossover between having an awareness of your connection with Source Energy, and finding your lifeâs purpose this is called Living On Purpose, and itâs exactly that, it means you are living with intention. This is an important chapter because it helps to clarify where you are going in life and how to get there.
The three tools that we need to live on purpose and create a vision for our lives, and achieve our goals, are understanding, awareness and self-evaluation. Awareness means that you really do create your own reality. You are powerful creators whether you are aware of it or not. If you look at your life right now, whether good or bad, you created that. If they are bad circumstances, you may not want to think that you created them, but the truth is you really did.
What we need to do is be deliberate and intentional and guide this source energy that is flowing through us, knowing we have the potential to create our own reality of what we really want.  What
...I love this chapter because developing your intuition is probably the most important skill that you could ever develop in your life. Why? Because your intuition is your best guide, hands down. In my book I describe intuition like imagining your whole body is a vehicle driving around, and you need guidance, so you have a GPS system. Source Energy is that GPS, but the signal is your intuition. If we have static in the signal, the GPS will not work quite right and we get lost. How many times do you get that feeling that you are lost, confused, disheartened and donât know where to go and what is the right decision for you?
Learning to develop your intuition is that guidance from the pure omnipotent source, Source Energy, which I call God. If you can tap into this, it honestly guides your life. I feel so blessed and so grateful to have come to a place in my life, probably through the Silva Method, which I train as a programme to develop intuition. I have become discerning with my  hu
...Finding your life purpose has got to be the single most important goal you could ever have in your life, hands down. It is something I am very passionate about because my whole life I never knew what mine was. In fact, I was very frustrated by the term. I was even annoyed sometimes because for me it was such an enigma. I didnât even know what the term really meant.
In 2012, on the 4th of July, I suddenly and tragically lost my younger brother. It was that life-changing event that really brought me to a place in my life that, for the first time, I really questioned my own life purpose. I was determined to find it, and to live a meaningful and purposeful life. Sometimes that is what life does. It brings us to the crossroads. Losing someone very close, especially like Giammi because he was only 21 when he died,
I thought to myself, âI am still alive. What if I died tomorrow?â What am I doing? Am I really happy?â Happiness is often misunderstood. We often think that we will become
...Today I am going to talk about a constant connection to Source and how this is one of your highest priorities. In fact, you can never be disconnected but itâs up to us to stay connected. Your physical body is that connector; itâs like a conduit. Your consciousness and Source Energy are always one.
The reason I started the book with this as Chapter One is not because it is the most important thing, but it is essential that we develop a conscious awareness that everything comes from one Source â everything. You do not take a breath on your own, because if you did and you forgot about it you would stop breathing, or while you were sleeping you would stop breathing. Have you ever considered that âsomething is breathing youâ, metabolising every cell in your body? If you think about the sun that shines, who shines the sun? Who digests your food, filters your blood? All the intelligence in every one of the trillion cells in your body is some universal intelligence thatâs governing this
...I would love to share a little bit about the book that I wrote which may be useful to people who maybe havenât read it, or had access to it. âLiving in the Flowâ is a guide to discovering your purpose and your value in this world. And if you do know your life purpose, it is still a valuable read because itâs really about understanding what your value is and how do you make use of that value and to export that value out into the world, to then add value to others.
There are two parts to the book â Part One and Part Two. Part One is called your âHighest Priorityâ. What do I mean by that? As Woody Allen says in his quote, âIf you want to make God laugh, tell him your plansâ. This is very true. When I was in my twenties, I was really making self-indulgent plans; I was ambitious about achieving goals for my own benefit and acquiring lots of things. If you take a bigger picture view, they really are very trivial.
This is what came to me and I wanted to share it with you: âWhat are your
...Whatâs your why? Why are you here? Why were you born? What are you meant to accomplish on this planet called Earth? Have you ever contemplated that question deeply?
You may or may not know that I have recently published a book, called âLiving in the Flowâ, which is a guide to discovering your purpose and value in this world. I was really amazed when I did my book launch and several other book talks, when I asked the audience, âWho here knows their life purpose?â or âWho here doesnât know their life purpose?â that approximately 95% of people do not know their life purpose.
My friend, I have to tell you, the most important goal in your life is to find your life purpose and to live it fully, as early as you possibly can so that you live a wonderful, meaningful and purposeful life. When you get to the end of your life and leave this earth, hopefully, it is with a sense of fulfilment, a sense of contentment, a sense of satisfaction that you made a contribution that meant something whi
